NICONICO HAPPY 2010 !! is a TTRPG set in the distant 2010's, where the Internet has evolved and destroyed life as we know it... replacing it with all sorts of new creatures, including you: The Nyaramells, goblin-sized bipedal cats that wreck chaos everywhere they go.
However, this time, the Nyaramells have a hard task for such a being: Being (kinda) organized and (hopefully) hosting a birthday party for one member of the group.
