To reach the summit of the Lovers Mountain, you first need to cross the Path of Love. A lot of beings do that every day, maybe you can say hi to a few of them on the way!
The Path of Love is a singleplayer journaling and mapmaking game where you take the role of an adventurer looking to reach the summit of the Lovers Mountain. For that, you will have to cross the Path of Love.
The important thing in this game is not the end of it, but the path itself! You will roll dice to move through spaces in a custom grid you will make and write journal pages depending on the space you stepped on at the end of that turn.
What You Need to Play
- This rulebook
- A six sided die (d6)
- A sheet of paper (Even better if it has a square grid pattern already there!)
- Something to write the “journal” with
About the Game
In this game, you will make maps of the Path of Love and walk through them as an adventurer with the help of dice rolls. Your secondary goal is to reach the end and get to the summit of the Lovers Mountain: your main goal? Making new friends on the path!
As a journaling game, you will write journal entries as you meet the beings that roam the Path; and when you finally get to the summit, you will write a recap of your best memories from your adventure.
